With a career spanning more than 30 years, Michael Nawrot has developed a broad and practical understanding of the construction and energy industries — from working as an electrician across major industrial, mining and infrastructure projects through to managing national delivery teams, construction projects and successful businesses.

Michael is an dual tradie an A-Class Electrician & air conditionig mechanic with extensive experience across electrical, PV and battery storage systems, security, industrial electrical infrastructure and residential and commercial construction. 

Michael has been responsible for directing solar and electrical projects from initial sales handover through to completion, with a strong focus on quality, compliance, project scheduling, cost control and customer satisfaction. His previous leadership roles have included National Delivery Manager, State Site Electrical Manager, Construction Site Supervisor, Operations Manager and Business Director.
